Terms and Conditions.

Goods and prices

The pictures for sale on our Web site are either Original Watercolours by Daisy Barnes, or Limited Edition Prints from her original Watercolours or pastels. They are grouped under these headings on the website. When you click on an individual thumbnail picture you are given a full description and price.

The original watercolours are unique and each one is available only until a purchaser orders that picture. Its details will be removed from the website as soon as possible after it is sold. When you order items, price and availability will be confirmed (see ordering and payment.) There will be no contract between you and us until we actually despatch the goods to you.

Ordering and payment

You can order by
a) adding items to the shopping basket. On proceeding to the checkout payment can be made with all major credit or debit cards through our secure online payment system supplied by PAYPAL. (you do not have to have a Paypal account to use this facility just select the "
Pay with a debit or credit card" option on the Paypal page)

b) by telephoning your order

c) by email

We will confirm your order by email or by post and will confirm the availability and price of the goods.

We will not substitute any item without your agreement. If an item is unavailable a full refund will be given and if you have sent a cheque, this will be returned to you immediately.


Goods are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to all U.K. addresses by Royal Mail.
Delivery cost for Europe and Worldwide is best ascertained by adding items to the shopping basket where costs are shown. Please note that at present we cannot deliver single items with a value in exess of £135 to these regions due to size resrictions.

We will post items as soon as possible after receipt of payment and within 14 days.

Returning pictures

If, for any reason whatsoever , you are not delighted with your picture/s , we offer a full refund, provided you inform us by email or post within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. To obtain a refund, simply return the goods to us, as soon as possible after informing us that you wish to cancel the order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You must make sure that the goods are adequately protected to ensure that they are received by us in a condition in which they can be resold. You will then receive a full refund of the cost of the goods and of the outward postage costs by return , or not later than 14 days.

Damaged goods

If you return the goods because they are damaged when you receive them, we will refund

the cost of the picture/s and your postage costs

General Conditions

When trading with us all UK consumer protection legislation applies.

When trading via the internet you are entering a legally binding contract in the normal way.

We are responsible for information posted on our website, but not for any information on linked websites

Any personal information you give to us will be used to process your order and for no other purpose. It will not be released to any third party.
